Responsibilities:
- Process orders through PSA Haulier Community System.
- Handle permit declarations via Crimson logic.
- Provide payment and courier services for customers.
- Manage shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping lines or agents.
- Coordinate transportation, warehouse, and depot operations.
- Generate daily/monthly reports for customers and the company.
- Prepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme reports.
- Close completed HCS orders and verify relevant charges.
- Record additional charges and prepare billing documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O Level/A Level or 1–2 years of logistics experience.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet is an advantage.
- Willing to work in the West.
- Only Singaporeans.
