Science (SC), Mathematics (MA), Character & Citizenship Education (CCE), Physical education, Art and Music (PAM) and Info-Comm Technology (ICT)
Departmental & Level Work
• Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
• Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
• Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
• Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
• Scan optical answer sheets
• Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases
• Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
Teaching & Learning Activities
• Act as a support to teachers in the respective classrooms
Other Duties
• Input data on students’ attendance in School Cockpit
• Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
• Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
• Any other duties as assigned by School Management
Requirements
• Must have worked in office environment performing administrative tasks such as typing and photocopying documents
