Position Summary:
As the Sales Associate for Procurement and Supply Chain Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and launch and expand our market presence in the Singapore region. This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in software & services sales, particularly in the procurement & supply chain domain.

Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor the progress of all sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Possess a deep understanding of our procurement services and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of integrity within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the procurement domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and challenges is highly desirable.
