Responsiblities:
- Develops comprehensive environmental, safety, health & quality systems & procedures and implements them to all project sites.
- Schedules for corporate safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow-up assessments.
- Collaborates with project management team to develop Emergency Response Plan.
- Initiate incident or accident investigation and follow up action plan.
- Conducts regular site audit/inspection to ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved manual, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage Corporate Safety & Quality team for all Safety, Health & Environmental related matters.
- Responsible and participate in HQ(China) Safety Health Environmental and Quality management.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years working experience in QSHE related works, familiar with the local legislation, regulations, Singapore Standards, approved code of practice and industry.
- Formal qualification in Safety discipline or adequate experience in Safety field.
- Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
