Job Specifications
- Ensure the compliance of food safety and quality systems for the business growth and operations for the Company.
- Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products.
- Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to Production personnel.
- Perform product shelf life study test.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished product quality
- In-charge of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
- In-charge in arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory used.
- Conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the food safety system requirements
- Coordinate with pest control service provider
- Attend and provide support in external food safety audits.
- Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Food Science and Technology or relevant field
- Relevant experience in handling ISO, SFA, Halal, and F&B outlet audits
- Previous working experience in Central Kitchen environment would be preferred
- Strong knowledge in the relevant regulatory standards
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related work experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
