Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead, manage, and execute the entire Sales Lifecycle from introduction to product delivery.
- Lead and manage the sales team, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Expand customer base, maintain, and establish strong customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, develop marketing plans.
- Report sales performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proactively identify and pursue new concepts and brand opportunities to expand business presence across the region.
- Monitoring customers’ creditworthiness and working closely with Finance to adjust sales terms accordingly.
- Responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, similar or related field.
- More than 5 years’ relevant experience of sales management, proven track record in achieving team sales goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and people management ability.
- Computer literacy and savvy with technology is a must.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Positive attitude & growth mindset.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
