Job Description:
- Provide great customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering queries.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
- Assist in store operations such as generating quotations/invoices, arranging delivery schedule, maintaining showroom tidiness.
- Assist in online e-commerce operations such as processing online orders, monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote business sustainability.
- Meet monthly sales goals by providing customer service and product knowledge.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties.
