Responsibilities
- Responsible for the serviceability of training equipment, premises and facilities safety
- Assist with the review of existing training courseware, develop and implement training and development solutions to improve service standards and the effectiveness of existing training curriculum
- Provide support for Learning Management System (LMS) including e-learning initiatives
- Coordinate company-wide certified On-the-Job training (OJT)
- Conduct stand-up training
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Automotive Technology with at least 3 years of working experience
- Preferably with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 applications and training design software such as Articulate Storyline
- A team-player with excellent problem solving, interpersonal, analytical and writing skills
