Requirements
- ITE/ Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in related industry
- Relationship oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and a team-player as well
Responsibilities
Assists on team’s general communication such as:
- Internal team task update, meetings and team planner board
- To disseminate information received from the customer to the team
- Coordinate within the team regarding submittals (follow-up on submittals, reminders, quality checks and other matters that may arise that requires internal coordination)
Assists on Coordination (Project Admin)
- Follow up on customer inquiry
- Request and areas of concerns
Project Progress
- Assists on regular updating and tracking of submittal log
- Reporting to customers and management in a timely manner
- On-time updating, tracking document tracker and creation sessions
- Assist on engineering document updating especially on design changes, such as drawings, IO schedule, bill of material, specifications, operation and maintenance manual, etc.
File Management
- Assists in organizing and maintaining up to date project files via various portals
- Assists on maintaining and updating of Customer OneDrive
- Timely scanning and filing of procurement related documents such as DOs, POs, material photos and certificates.
QS Support
- Download and save the received design changes from the customer
- Update the Design changes tracker upon receipt of latest design changes
- Inform the QS via email with all the corresponding Box link with response due date for cost implication
- Update the weekly VO tracker with the corresponding cost implication response and send to Customer QS.
- Support QS engineer in compiling of documents for VO submission
- Support QS in preparing site progress tracker
Any ad-hoc support duties that may arise
