- Responsible for developing signature beverages to improve the profitability of the bar.
- Identify opportunities for bar revenue growth, cost savings, and implement appropriate measures to achieve financial goals
- Work with Restaurant Manager to develop operational strategies and execution to ensure the bars continue to meet brand and service guidelines.
- Work with Executive Chef to pair food dishes that would complement with the beverages.
- Research and identify market trends in F&B and bar scenes.
- Establish new business plans and teams to develop business opportunities with new potential customers.
- Manage bar staff performance, recruitment and trainings according to operational goals.
