Main duties
- Welcome and greet patients warmly who visit the clinic
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Register patients into clinical system
- Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments
- Serve beverages to patients when they arrive or are waiting for treatments to be done
- Process payments when patients finish treatment
- Maintains clean reception area and ensure that it is always equipped with necessary stationery and material
- Record and file documents in accordance with SOP
- Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in others or equivalent
- Service oriented and customer oriented
- Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Pleasant personality and good working attitude
- Possess Good Initiative
- Able to handle pressure well
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Plato system is advantageous thought not a must
