Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Scope:
Assisting Product Developers in Gum and Candy team by giving support on existing project work which may involve but not limited to the following:
- Raw Material Management – ordering, maintaining supplies, disposal of expired materials
- Ingredient preparation and weighing
- batch preparation and mixing
- benchtop trials and prototyping
- perform sensory and shelf life evaluation
- cleaning and maintenance of the lab, ensure consumables supplies in lab (ziplock bags, etc.)
- desktop research
- data analysis
- data collation and report writing
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree (Food Science or Science Major)
- No experience is needed as training will be provided
- Basic skill set at Microsoft excel and power point
