Position Overview:
The Vice President of Sales and Client Partnership will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our presence in the market. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales and client management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media industry and a passion for leveraging technology to deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media industry, including advertising agencies, brands, and content partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' unique needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and market data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our technology and building brand awareness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our AI platform and its applications, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably within the media or technology industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
