Job Description
The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing. The Research Assistant will be responsible for working closely with the Principal Investigator to develop a cross modality registration and visualisation technique and software for radar and visual images.
The Research Assistant will be required to
(1) study characteristics of radar images
(2) develop cross modality registration techniques
(3) develop the software to implement the techniques
(4) develop the visualisation tools
Requirements
The candidate should have a basic degree in STEM courses and possess the following skill sets:
- strong in coding in python and familiar with machine learning tools
- strong in mathematics particularly linear algebra and stochastic processing
- independent and has a good sense in research
