We’re searching for a Benefits Specialist (6 months contract) to be part of our Human Resources Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for facilitating and driving effective compensation and benefits policies and processes to attract and retain employees.
What you will be working on:
- Administer and review company benefits, including medical and group insurance coverage, flexible benefits, etc.
- Upkeep and maintain policies relating to flexible work arrangement, wellness, employee privilege programs, etc.
- Manage Cafeteria and Clinic administration and audit
- Plan and execute benefits programs and activities
- Participate in benefit surveys and market researches and recommend improvements
- Administer full employee cycle of Expatriate matters
- Assist manager to formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures
- Update and maintain HR policy manual, HR communication tools and SAP HR Module
- Plan and administer system enhancement and rollouts
- Submission of routine reports to various departments or within HR
- Back up for compensation related matters (clocking, OT, salary review, bonus etc.)
More about you:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline; or
- Graduate Diploma in HRM or Specialist Diploma in Compensation and Benefits
- IHRP-Certified Professional certification would be an added advantage
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in HR operations, HR shared service or C&B
- Vendor management of cafeteria/in-house clinic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience preferred
