Job Description:
- Manage the process of listing new assets to the platform, ensuring smooth integration and compliance by collaborating with product, legal, and compliance teams.
- Manage and enhance operational tools, aiming to increase efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis-driven improvements.
- Coordinate and support the execution of projects and initiatives within the company, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Chinese speaking to liaise with Chinese counterparts vendors.
