Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be responsible for operational analysis of the assigned business unit, supporting planning and reporting, as well as any administrative-related matters.
- Serve as the main point of contact for planning (forecasting, budgeting, mid-term), monthly reporting, KPI definition/tracking, and setting up/tracking operational measures and cost analysis;
- Provide comprehensive support to the head of department and team on all administrative-related matters;
- Oversee the financial and non-financial business controlling for the business unit;
- Contribute to creating consolidated budgets and forecasts;
- Prepare and present a comprehensive view of actual financial data, offering business insights and explaining variances to internal stakeholders;
- Assist in implementing best practices in business controlling to enhance cost efficiency and quality;
- Provide high-level administrative assistance and support to the head of department.
Employment Details
- Tertiary education in finance, business management or a relevant discipline;
- Experience in finance management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry;
- Strong understanding of financial and business management principles;
- Ability to report to senior management and manage their expectations;
- Ability to prioritise and manage business requirements;
- Strong planning & organisational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
