Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chartering Department by conducting market surveys and participating in tendering activities.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and handle ad-hoc charter invoices as needed.
- Support the accounts payable team by entering data into the Phoenix system for planned maintenance and closely monitoring payments to vendors/suppliers.
- Compile daily vessel reports for billing purposes.
- Ensure that vessel trading certificates are kept up to date.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- ‘A’ Level / Diploma qualification.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional Attention to detail
- Candidates with prior secretarial experience in ship management companies or related industries will be given preference.
