Job Description:
- Support Company Safety Management System implementation tasks including manuals and fleet notices
- Application / arrangement of internal & external Audits and inspections for fleet vessels and office including ISM, ISPS, MLC & ISO
- Support managing vessels and shore staff for Charterer's Vetting Inspection (TMSA Audit & SIRE Inspection arrangements)
- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality objective/KPI monitoring and analysis of fleet
- Secretariat for Quarterly and annual Review Meeting. Prepare for agenda, materials and official minutes
- Support all documentation and activities for various HSEQ office tasks and projects as instructed by division in charge
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- More than 2 years working experience, preferably in HSE function
- Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/MS Outlook/BI Tool); MS Access
- Positive, service-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded and good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good and speedy documentation skill
- Good patience to documentation
