Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the preparation of the construction plan of the gas power station project and the implementation of the overall construction task of the project, as well as the overall work of the project department on the construction site, and responsible for the coordination and liaison with subcontractors, supervisors, owners and other parties;
- organize the review of construction drawings, responsible for the organization and design of technical disclosure; Prepare project budget, including equipment, material procurement budget, construction subcontracting budget, construction site management budget, etc.;
- Responsible for the safety management, quality management, schedule management, civilized construction, cost control, material and equipment management and project team personnel management during the project implementation, keep track of the project construction progress and quality, coordinate to solve problems in the construction, organize and complete the commissioning and training related to the project, and urge the project to complete as planned;
- Responsible for the preparation and implementation of various construction schemes, schedule, monthly and weekly work arrangements of the whole project;
- strict quality management to ensure that the construction quality meets the requirements of the standard or contract;
- timely settlement of project payment to the owner, do a good job in the cost accounting of the project, activate the use of funds, review the expenses;
- Organize the completion acceptance and settlement of all stages of the project;
- Organize construction according to drawings and contract requirements to ensure timely delivery and completion;
- Assisted the project manager to complete other project management tasks.
Requirements :
- Must have more than 13 years of power plant construction work experience and have experience in managing similar power plant construction projects as a senior project manager.
- Familiar with the task requirements, process and technical specifications of gas power station project construction.
- Have an internationally recognized bachelor degree or above.
- Proficient in the application of project management software;
- Demonstrate interpersonal, management and communication skills;
- good construction organization, oral and written expression skills;
- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate and write reports in Mandarin (reporting to HQ, China)
