- To tabulate PO / DO
- Using booking databases, spreadsheet and software
- Posting financial transaction using appropiate computer software
- Receiving and recording vochers, cash and checks
- Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and posting
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier and computer for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc
- Assist office management and organization procedure
- Do some order processing and basic accounting entries
- Perform other office duties as assigned
