Duties and Responsibilities :
- Fully responsible for the management of the construction site of the project, and formulate scientific and feasible construction plans according to the overall planning and design schedule;
- Arrange and implement the construction plan, supervise and inspect the progress and quality of the project;
- Responsible for organizing the assessment of the implementation of various technology, quality, safety, cost and other related work in the construction process, ensuring the realization of project quality, safety and schedule, and earnestly fulfilling the construction contract;
- Coordinate the working relationship between the construction unit, supervision unit, design unit and owner, and review the construction organization plan;
- Coordinate relevant departments to solve technical changes or technical problems on the construction site;
- Responsible for providing services and control for each project, and supervising the process of the project;
- Responsible for organizing the management of construction safety and controlling project costs;
- Organize engineering completion acceptance, handover and other work.
- Other work matters arranged by the company and the project.
Requirements :
- Must have more than 13 years of power plant construction work experience and experience in managing similar power plant construction projects as a senior project manager.
- Have an internationally recognized bachelor degree or above.
- Proficient in the application of project management software;
- Demonstrate interpersonal, management and communication skills;
- good construction organization, oral and written expression skills;
- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (write reports to HQ in China)
