Job Title: System Integration Executive (Finance)

Responsibilities:
You will assist Senior Finance Manager (Finance Digitalisation) as a Finance user representative to support:
• The integration of financial records from revenue systems to Workday.
• Implementation of Central ePayment Gateway.
• System migration activities.
• Follow up on system integration issues.
• Finance digitalisation / automation projects.
This role would require this person to be able to:
• Understand the specification of integration templates including data field definition and their corresponding values.
• Gather Finance user requirements through process walkthrough and review. Participate in process change workshops and collaborate with users on new requirements. Work with system vendors & IT representatives to ensure all requirements are fully and accurately documented.
• Work with Finance and other departments to ensure comprehensive coverage of test scenarios. Perform user acceptance testing. Liaise with system vendors and IT representatives on the result and re-testing.
• Coordinate and participate in migration and go-live activities.
• Follow up with vendors and IT representatives to resolve production integration issues reported by Finance users.
Requirements:
• Passionate about process improvement, optimisation and automation.
• Preferably have 3 – 5 years’ experience working in ERP implementation project especially on user requirements gathering and testing of IT systems.
• Preferably a degree or diploma in Information Technology or Accountancy related areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team to achieve results.
• Able to identify existing process constraint and put forth improvement to user.
Hourly Rate -$13.50/hour
Working Hours
42 hours/week,from Monday to Friday only
8.30am to 6.00pm - (Mon – Thurs)
8.30am to 5.30pm - (Fri)
