Account cum admin Executive (immediate start)
Responsibilities:-
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
Assist/ supporting the Accountant with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist/ supporting the Accountant with the periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
Stay updated on accounting principles and best practices.
Any other duties as assigned by the Accountant for work related.
Requirement:-
Diploma in Accountancy or relevant Financial accounting certificates.
1 Year Accounting and bookkeeping related experience, including handling AR and AP.
Computer Savvy. E.g.: Proficiency in accounting software, Google sheets, Google drive and etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Singaporean and Singapore PR only.
