Role:
- Representation: Act as the official representative and advocate for the stage compere or artiste.
- Career Strategist: Develop and implement strategies to advance the career and reputation of the stage compere or artiste.
- Negotiator: Negotiate contracts, performance fees, and other terms on behalf of the stage compere or artiste.
- Promotion and Publicity: Promote the stage compere or artiste through marketing campaigns, media appearances, and networking.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, event organizers, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule Management: Manage the schedule and bookings of the stage compere or artiste, including performances, appearances, and rehearsals.
Financial Management: Handle financial matters such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
- Support and Advocacy: Provide support, guidance, and advocacy to the stage compere or artiste in all aspects of their career.
Responsibilities:
- Booking and Scheduling: Secure bookings for performances, appearances, and other engagements, and manage the schedule accordingly.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with event organizers, promoters, and other parties.
- Promotion and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the stage compere or artiste and their work.
- Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and interviews.
- Career Development: Provide guidance and support to help the stage compere or artiste achieve their career goals and aspirations.
- Networking and Industry Relations: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and advance the stage compere or artiste's career.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams, including directors, producers, and other artists, to develop and enhance projects and performances.
- Support and Advocacy: Act as a mentor, advisor, and advocate for the stage compere or artiste, offering support and guidance throughout their career journey.
- Working hours 9pm to 3am, may include weekend and public holiday
