Job Title:Teacher Aide @Pioneer MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday:7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
Fridays:7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (Off on Weekends)
Contract Period:1 Nov 2024 to 31 Oct 2025
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
- Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
- Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
- Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
- Scan optical answer sheets
- Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases
- Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
- Act as a support to teachers in the respective classroom
- Input data on students’ attendance in School Cockpit
- Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
- Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
- Any other duties as assigned by School Management
Job Requirements:
- Must have worked in office environment performing administrative tasks such as typing and photocopying documents
- Must have at least 1 year experience working in the educational or childcare setting, preferably as Teacher Aide in a local government primary school
