Responsibilities
-Install and configure smart home devices such as digital gate lock, digital door lock, smart curtain, automated laundry rack etc.
-Perform on-site assessments to determine the optimal placement and integration of smart home devices based on client needs and specifications.
-Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues with installed systems.
-Provide comprehensive training to clients on using smart home systems effectively and troubleshoot any user-related issues.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and client communication to track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Requirement
-Prior experience in installing and servicing smart home systems or related electrical and electronic systems is preferred.
-Willing to learn, willing to work, responsible, and interested in smart home products and locks
-Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Class 3 driving license required.
