Job Description:
- Assist in daily sales operations.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly sales and stock reports.
- Maintain the product price list.
- Assist in updating stock and pricing on customer platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing collaterals for events and order forms.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide assistance in planning, coordinating, and executing various activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate, NiTEC, or equivalent.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and InDesign.
