Our client is a Public Listed company in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Accounts Executive (AP, AR).
Responsibilities
- Efficiently process invoices and batch payments for suppliers.
- Conduct supplier balance reconciliations.
- Maintain organized filing of invoices and supporting documents.
- Prepare accrual listings for month-end closing.
- Execute month-end closing reclassifications and revaluations.
- Generate AP balance by project reports for month-end closing.
- Process AR invoices based on Quantity Surveyor requests.
- Update Milestone Summary reports and communicate with Management.
- Prepare AR Aging reports and distribute to Management.
- Record receipt entries in JDE upon client payments.
- Send payment reminders to clients with upcoming or overdue invoices.
- Execute month-end closing reclassifications and revaluations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Provide support during annual audits.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
- Min 2- 3 years of relevant working experience in AP/AR
Advantage
