The Challenges
- Answering inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires.
- Coordinate and scheduling appointments for patients and clinics
- To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced.
- To handle front desk duties and registrations of patients.
- Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics.
- Submission of insurance and dispensing of medication
- Filing and faxing and assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
What it Takes:
- Al least 2 years of similar experience in the Healthcare Industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook
