Salary: $11 hourly
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming phone and email enquiries.
- Provide introductory information to prospective customers.
- Identify and assess contacts’ needs, and work with team members to provide satisfactory response.
- Escalating queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collect accurate, and complete information of requests.
- Keep proper records of customer interactions, information, and documentation.
- Follow communication guidelines and procedures.
- Perform admin duties such as asset tagging
- Assist in any other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- A-levels/Diploma holders and above
- Able to commit till September 2024
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Team player
