Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise service areas to ensure efficient customer flow, friendly service, and product availability.
- Maintain and replenish vending machines, ensuring cleanliness, proper functioning, and stock levels.
- Oversee pantry supplies, ensuring a sufficient range of consumables and drink options are always available.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of service equipment, including tableware and cutlery.
- Ensure meeting rooms and conference facilities are clean, tidy, and set up as per requirements.
- Dispose of food and related waste in accordance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to work well with various types of people and perform under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
