- Propose design rule and design test structure to quantify new process and device
- Problem solving of new technology development
- New tape out and pilot run management

- Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in FMEA and control plan.

Qualification
- At least bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical, Physics or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in R&D of SiGe or Process Integration of SiGe related technology.
- Proficient in both oral and written English.
