Responsibilities :
- Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
- Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims
- Process payments
- Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA
- Maintain Fixed Assets listing
- Perform month end financial closing
- Prepare monthly reports
- Prepare and submit GST returns
- Prepare monthly reconciliation schedules
- Maintain accounting files and records
- Support in financial audits
- Handle HR and general administrative duties
- Job rotation
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE ''A'' level / Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prefer have knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other
- Able to work under tight deadlines
