Asst Manager, Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Attending to potential/existing customers' enquiries and offering solutions and quotations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customers' orders, coordinating with internal departments to fulfil shipments
- Gather and analyse customer feedback for service improvement
- Monitor and report on performance against targets
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
