- Provide Casework & Counselling for jobseekers from multiple stressed background to start and sustain employment
- Develop, implement and review internship programme for jobseekers to enter into the Care Industry
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation
- Liaise with funder, auditor and other relevant parties on administrative requirements
- Conduct regular engagements with stakeholders (such as sector partners, donors, volunteers, beneficiaries etc)
- Any other responsibilities or duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Social Sciences or equivalent
- No experience required. Fresh graduates will be considered too.
- Experience in groupwork and programme work is an added advantage.
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possesses a keen interest in supporting less resourced families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good writing skills for case management and comfortable with data collation for reporting purposes.
- Empathetic towards the needs and challenges of less resourced families.
- Capacity to reflect on key strengths and needs and motivated to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency at work.
- Flexible, nimble, and able to adapt to organisational changes.
- Motivated towards learning and professional development.
- Willing and able to work on some weekday evenings and weekends.
