Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients understanding their unique insurance needs and risk profiles.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including but not limited to wealth planning, health planning, and legacy planning.
- Proactively manage and service existing client accounts, ensuring timely renewals, policy adjustments, and claims support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high net worth market.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage options for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice and updates.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure comprehensive coverage and address any emerging risks.
- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and reports to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-10 years of experience of sales broker in retail / HNW insurance brokerage or RM with the banks in the preferred / priority platform
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to analyze complex risk profiles and design customized insurance solutions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
