General Manager

Jobs Description:

  • Performance goals and managing the performance of staff
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
  • Managing budget and monitoring the financial health of business
  • Accountable for developing and executing a strategic plan to significantly grow the business, delivering tangible and measurable outcomes in line with the company's overall objectives.
  • Drive the business strategies towards growth and profitability with complete P&L responsibilities.
  • Reviewing and formulating business and market strategies to company's growth, including forming new business partnerships, driving operational and business excellence and enhancing the profitability of the business
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the business and ensure all client deliverables are executed on time and to an elevated standard.
  • Review the reports on the status of projects indicating current status with regards to financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvement.

Jobs Requirements:

  • Experience in General Manager at least 5 years and above
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Experience in Hospitality & Residential
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of business process and functions
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem solving attitude and strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and fast paced environment
