Qualifications & Experiences
1. Possess a minimum Diploma in Secretarial/Business Management with two (2) years related working experience.
Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming and outgoing project documents, correspondences, and emails.
2. Assist the Project Team in preparation of documents, filling, and submission.
3. Coordinate and monitor the project status.
4. Follow up with respective, Project Head of PICs for internal departments or project progress and/or reports to Director from time to time.
5. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
1. Computer application competency and solid knowledge in Microsoft Office.
2. Good command and excel in English.
3. Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
