Main Job Scope:
- Ensure day-to-day maintenance and operations run smoothly
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filing gaps on wall etc.
- Install appliances and equipment
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Knowledgable in basic electrician / technician works
- Maintain cleanliness of premises
- Provide administrative support (eg. updating operations works)
