Scope:
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and resignations
• Assist in local government grant submission.
• Assist in work related Visas submission and follow-up.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant local legislation.
• Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and documentations.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and
procedures in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle all work pass (EP, DP and WP) related applications, renewal and cancellations.
• Assist in company transport matters and liaising with the transport company vendor.
• Handle and administer compensation and benefits records.
• Contribute to HR projects such as introducing a new induction programme.
• Manage and administer student internship program.
• Manage the leave administration process.
• Handle and manage employees' medical insurance and claims.
• Assist in training administration like course registration; maintain training records and database.
• Ad hoc duties in order to support the HR team/ as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma with at least 4- 5 years of relevant HR experiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good administrative, coordinating and follow-up skills
- Able to work accurately, with attention to detail
- Knowledge Of WP/EP/WPEA Online is preferred.
