You will be part of the team that oversees Learning and Engagement activities in TAL. The team is responsible for spearheading capability development and engagement initiatives to build a competent, engaged and agile workforce to sustain TAL’s transformation efforts and business needs.
The selected candidate will be required to:
1. Learning and Development (L&D) Administration:
- Track and manage L&D training hours, approve courses, and liaise with external training vendors for enrolment, ensuring smooth coordination and timely updates.
- Coordinate with finance for timely and accurate course payments, maintaining payment records and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and send internal communications related to training, including announcements, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate new hires' orientation by booking venues, scheduling presenters, and informing new hires, while preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Monitor and report on training attendance, completion rates and post-course training surveys to provide insights for improvement and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and audits.
2. Engagement Administration:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to employee engagement initiatives. Help schedule meetings, events, and activities related to employee engagement.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Support Engagement surveys and assist in implementing improvements based on employee feedback.
- Drafting of internal communications, such as announcements, invitations and newsletters.
- Support various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the HR team and ensure smooth operation of engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications
- Possess analytical, data management, stakeholder engagement/management, project management and interpersonal skills (including influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A team player, resourceful and able to multitask.
