UGKS Limousine Pte Ltd is expanding its services to include online sales for air tickets and hotels. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, establishing partnerships, and growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve online sales targets for air tickets and hotel bookings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling offers and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress against targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
