Job Description of Purchasing Executive
Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain a safety stock level following company guideline.
Prepare purchase orders and documents using MYOB system.
Coordinate and liaise with requestor and supplier in the purchasing process and monitor the deliveries to ensure all items arrive as planned.
Resolve vendor’s defects, shortages and missing product.
Coordinate with oversea suppliers and forwarders for incoming shipments and liaise with internal department to complete the declaration and payment.
Maintain approved supplier / vendor list, procurement master file and relevant documents in soft copies and hard copies.
Requirement:
Min 1 to 2 years in purchasing or shipping knowledge
Proficient in MYOB system will be advantage
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to learn
Able to work under stress during order peak season
