RESPONSIBILITIES
SE Project Management
- Monitor to ensure a smooth, effective and systematic day to day running of the SE project in the EDCs, and that the project is operating in accordance with standard procedures, processes and regulations across the EDCs.
- Support the BD and Centre managers to identify areas of improvement for the SE project
- Coordinate with the assigned Training Officers/Asst Training Officers to ensure the smooth operations of the SE project across 3 centres.
- Maintain strong liaison with training officers and allied health professionals for the effective management of clients work performance.
Administrative and Operations
- Prepare and maintain proper administrative and income/expense records, for timely submission.
- Do simple costs budgeting
- Coordinate the logistics support when required, such as deliveries and collections
- Source, negotiate and purchase materials, inventories and equipments needed for the operations of the SE project.
- Ensure work health, safety and security requirements are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain record/inventories of fixed assets used in the SE project
- Ensure project comply with productivity, quality and quota requirements of products and services
- Ensure all equipments in the SE projects are maintained on a regular basis and operating efficiently.
Vocational and Employment Support
- Work closely with training officers overseeing the trainees working in the SE projects to ascertain that the trainees have the required training for the projects, are optimally engaged and that TPA payments are aligned to operating procedures and guidelines.
GCE A Level, Diploma, or WSQ equivalent with at least 3 years working experience
