You'll collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on projects related to system enhancements and changes.
Your responsibilities include conducting Business Requirement Scope (BRS) walkthroughs, providing feedback, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Additionally, you'll support post-implementation activities and address production issues.
Your role extends to assisting in departmental tasks such as administrative work, quality checks, and claims analysis.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma holder, preferably with relevant claims experience.
- Mid-level claims assessors seeking to expand their expertise in project management.
- Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
