Senior Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Track sales forecast and maximize sales revenue
- Interact actively with customers on forecast rationalization, materials management, capacity commitments, managing excess material, account receivables and IT related issues
- Communicate line capacity and work closely with customers to fill open capacity
- Prepare RFQs and pricing response to customers
- Support various internal Amkor groups and communicate any account issues, concerns or suggestions
- Drive factory performance
- Conduct presentations to management/customers
- Participate in sales strategy and developing procedures to support customers
- Co-ordinate and manage multi-region projects/programs where necessary
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably with Business/Management background
- 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in-house sales or customer service function
- Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
- Able to work both independently and as a team player with customers and world-wide cross-functional teams within the organization
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Occasional travel is required
