Responsibilities:
Step into the role of our Life Product Implementation team for a 12-month contract, extendable, where you'll be integral to various projects like new product launches, enhancements, fund launches, and day-2 build initiatives.
Your tasks will encompass:
• Thoroughly documenting user requirements and system development processes to ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Collaborating closely with the Scrum Master to define solutions, identify business requirements, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful solution delivery aligning with business objectives.
• Facilitating transparent communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of solutions.
• Crafting comprehensive test scenarios and plans in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Providing support for Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance sector, showcasing a solid grasp of insurance processes.
• Experience in product management or product implementation is a bonus.
• At least 7 years' experience as a business analyst with a proven track record in testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
