- Position : Operations/ Logistics Assistant (NO EXP REQ - must be from Supply Chain)
- Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
- Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3300 + Up to 14 days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : SHIPPING (FREIGHT)
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with agents/depots for tank details, schedules, movements, and updates
- Keep track of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) and detention matters
- Monitor and liaise with vendors on tank movements for reposition units
- Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by department head
Requirements:
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years related experiences may be considered.
- Salary will commensurate based on the experience and qualifications.
- Diploma in Maritime Studies/Logistics of shipping discipline
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
