We are looking for an Administrative Executive, who will provide administrative support to Partners and various practices.
In this role, you will:
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners, including but not limited to:
- Managing meeting schedules and appointments
- Sorting of mails, preparing, and disseminating of correspondences, memos, reports, and forms, etc.
- Other secretarial and admin duties as necessary or assigned by Partners
· Provide department and office administration support to the practice teams, including but not limited to:
- Assist in client's portfolio management and take on/engagement processes
- Provide service proposal and billing/invoicing support to the practice teams
- Manage email, regular mail, dispatch/courier, correspondence, reports and forms etc.
- Assist in data entry records
- Cover reception duties on an ad-hoc basis
- Assist in administrative and office support duties as necessary or assigned and oversee office equipment and supplies, initiate maintenance/repairs, purchase requisitions etc
We are looking for people with the following:
· Preferably more than 2 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative duties in a fast-paced professional firms or commercial environment
· Good organisation and time management skills
· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
